flat collector Basicx 2.51 4C
Solar panels
Flat collector
Thermal solar systems convert solar energy into usable heat using Basicx collectors.
The heat generated in the solar collectors is transferred via the working medium to the domestic or domestic water storage tank and stored there. The efficient operation of the system is controlled by a temperature difference controller in conjunction with a circulation pump.
One-time connection of the absorber
The Basicx flat plate collector has an absorber in which a modern technology for connecting the plate to the pipe system has been used, which is unique on the market so far. The technology consists in partial rolling of the copper pipe, which increases the transfer surface by seven times. Another advantage is that the connection, ie the solder, is located outside the main heat transfer surface.
Considering that the thermal conductivity of the copper from which the pipes are made is only 401 W/mK and that of the solder only 60 W/mK, this is a significant advantage
Innovative collector frame construction
The Basicx collector uses modern technology of aluminum frame bending. The technology consists in making the main frame from a single section of the profile without unnecessary joints in the corners. The frame without joints is much denser, looks more aesthetically pleasing and, most importantly, there is no risk of it coming loose after several years of operation.
For additional protection against the weather, the collector frame is powder-coated.
High performance
The excellent absorber, the well thought-out construction of the housing and the very good thermal insulation of the Basicx collector ensure a very high level of efficiency in both summer and winter.
Unique design
The black color of the collector housing and the navy blue and black color of the absorber, which is visible through the solar glass, enhance any roof.
Installation on any roof
Specially developed mounting units made of stainless steel and aluminum ensure quick and safe installation of the collectors on any roof with any type of covering.
standards and tests
The Basicx collector was tested in the test laboratory of the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology in Vienna and bears the Solar Keymark quality seal.
