flat collector AMP 2.0
Solar panels
Flat collector
Solar systems with the help of AMP collectors convert the sun's radiant energy into usable heat.
The heat energy generated in the solar collectors is transferred with the help of the heat transfer fluid to the solar utility water or solar industrial water storage tank, in which the heat is stored. Effective system performance is ensured by the differential temperature controller connected to the circulation pump.
One-time connection of the absorber
The AMP flat plate collector has an absorber that uses a modern technology for connecting the plate to the pipe system, which is unique on the market so far. The technology consists of partially rolling a copper pipe, which increases the transfer surface by seven times. Another advantage is that the connection, i.e. the solder, is located outside the main heat transfer surface. Considering that the thermal conductivity of the copper from which the pipes are made is only 401 W/mK and that of the solder is only 60 W/mK, this is a significant advantage.
Innovative collector frame construction
The AMP collector uses modern aluminum bending technology. The technology consists in making the main frame from a single section of the profile without unnecessary welds in the corners. A frame without welds is much tighter, has a more aesthetic appearance and, most importantly, there is no risk of the frame leaking after several years of use.
Unique design
The natural color of aluminum collector housing as well as the dark blue-black shade visible through the solar glass refine the look of every roof.
High performance
A perfect absorber, well thought-out housing construction and very good thermal insulation of the AMP collector means that it achieves very high performance in both summer and winter.
Installation on any roof
The specially developed mounting systems made of stainless steel and aluminum ensure quick and safe installation of the solar panels on any roof and roof covering.
standards and tests
The AMP collector was tested in the INTA research laboratory in Spain and has the Solar Keymark quality mark.
